Home care, made simple

A maintenance schedule built from your home's real weather — not a generic checklist.

Roostly looks up your exact address's real historical climate — average frost dates, humidity, storm patterns — and turns it into a maintenance schedule timed to when things actually matter where you live, not a one-size-fits-all list written for nowhere in particular.

What it does

Everything for your home, organized around one real schedule.

Six tools that work off the same core idea: your home's actual data, not somebody else's assumptions.

Weather-anchored schedule

Built from your exact address's real historical climate — frost dates, storm season, humidity — so tasks land when they actually matter, not on a generic monthly template.

Home Health Score

One number that reflects how caught-up you actually are, with a trend line so you can watch it improve — not just a static grade with nothing behind it.

Document scan

Photograph a receipt or an inspection report and Roostly reads it — suggesting real maintenance tasks from what's actually on the page, which you review before anything's added.

Digital Binder

Warranties, manuals, and receipts in one place, tied to the home they belong to — with warranty-expiration tracking and a full data export whenever you want it.

Family sharing

Add the people who share the home and assign tasks directly to them — everyone sees the same schedule instead of it living in just one person's head.

Real-time weather alerts

Official government advisories and a weekly "what's due" digest, so you find out about a freeze warning or an overdue task before it becomes a problem, not after.

How it works

Three steps. No forms to fill out every season.

1

Add your address

That's the only input Roostly actually needs — your home's real location is what everything else is computed from.

2

Get your schedule

Roostly pulls your home's real historical weather and turns it into a maintenance plan anchored to your actual climate, not a generic template.

3

Stay ahead of it

Health Score, weekly digests, and real weather alerts keep the schedule alive instead of becoming another list you forget about.

Pricing

One plan for your home. A bigger one if you manage more.

Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime from the app — no phone calls, no retention maze.

Questions

Good to know before you start.

Is Roostly available on iOS?
Android is live now in closed testing. iOS is in active development — join the notify list below and we'll let you know the moment it's ready.
Does it work outside the US?
Roostly pulls real historical weather for any address worldwide, so the schedule works globally. Prices are shown in your local currency by Google Play at checkout.
What happens to my data if I stop using it?
You can export everything tied to your home at any time from the Binder screen. Deleting your account removes everything permanently and immediately — we built that in deliberately.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. Roostly doesn't run ads and doesn't sell your data to anyone. The subscription is the whole business model.
What if I own more than one home?
The Landlord plan covers up to 5 properties on one account, with a one-tap switcher between them — each gets its own real weather-based schedule.
Do I need to know anything about home maintenance to use it?
No — that's the point. Roostly tells you what to do and when, in plain language, based on your actual home and climate.
