Subscription & free trial

Roostly is $4.99/month (or $9.99/month for the Landlord plan, up to 5 homes) after a 7-day free trial. On Android, manage or cancel anytime via Manage Subscription in the app's account menu, which opens Google Play's own subscription page — cancelling before the trial ends means you won't be charged. iOS support is coming; once available, the same applies through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Your account & data

You can export your data from the Binder screen at any time, and delete your account entirely from the account menu inside the app (or by emailing support). See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.

Multiple homes

The Homeowner plan covers one home. If you manage more than one property, the Landlord plan (up to 5 homes) adds a one-tap switcher between them from the account menu.
